What is the difference between what you do and a coach?

Coaches do great work. and I know this from experience. They push you to breakthroughs in your life, often with their wonderful structures of goal-setting, life-planning and accountability. Coaches also typically work on a specific area of your life with you. However, pushing you to breakthrough results can actually create internal conflict especially if there is a part of you that isn’t ready for these breakthroughs. So what do you do if these internal conflicts arise or surface in other areas of your life?

I have a more holistic view of the whole person, and how what’s not working in your life might be affecting your entire being. We create an environment where the changes you choose to make are accepted by all parts of you and your sense of self, thus making change fun, exciting and permanent.
