The Initial Process

  • Contact me through email or phone to schedule an initial phone conversation.
  • In our introductory chat, we will discuss your needs and determine how I can best support you. If we don't believe that I can add value to your life in a significant way, no worries... that's what the call is all about.
  • If there is a fit, then we schedule an in-person complimentary Exploratory Session.

The Exploratory Session

  •  We take as much time as needed, usually 60-90 minutes, to clarify what you want to resolve, what blocks you might have, and/or what you want to achieve.
  • I explain The Transition Method and demonstrate how it will assist and support you in moving forward and achieving your desired goals / dreams.
  • We go over any questions or concerns that you might have. I welcome them with open arms.
  • If it still seems like a great fit for us (which it almost always is), then you review and sign our agreement.
  • Of course, you may also choose not to move forward. Either way, a decision is made in the session.

Next Steps and Logistics

  • We schedule our first appointment.
  • Make your first payment at or before your first appointment. I offer at least a 10% discount for paying in advance.
  • Duration of the program commitment is a minimum of 7 sessions for many reasons.  Please check out the FAQs for further explanation.
  • Meetings are in person and occur every other week, unless otherwise specified.
  • We get started and you begin to experience positive and lasting changes that will help you achieve your desired outcomes!
